Accessing Your Records
CRM provides on-demand or scheduled retrieval and refiling of boxes, files or documents. Your records can be accessed by phone,
fax or on-line using CRM’s web base Records Management Software. Requested files or documents can be returned by CRM’s bonded
courier service or, using our scan-on-demand service, made available for web access through CRM’s proprietary web hosting software.
Courier Service
CRM provides for the pickup and delivery of your records using a modern fleet of secure, climate controlled vehicles. Our drivers
are subject to random state motor vehicle checks and drug screenings. A variety of delivery options insure that you will get the
service you deserve.
Scan on Demand
Requested files or documents (as large as engineering drawings) can be scanned to digital format by CRM’s Scanning Department.
The images are accessed using CRM’s web based hosting service with built in query capability.
Access Controls
CRM tracks the history of each box or file from initial receipt through destruction. This allows you to determine when records were
accessed and by whom. Of course, access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
