1. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CRM'S PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS?
When preparing a proposal, CRM assesses the customers' access requirements, internal processes and required compliances. Generally speaking, CRM can store documents in cartons or can convert documents into electronic form. This gives companies access to the information they need instantly via their own network systems, thus streamlining production and improving workflow.

2. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO STORE MY RECORDS?
Storage costs are based on a monthly rate per cubic foot of records stored. Each box placed in storage has a specific cubic foot size. The total cubic feet stored times the storage rate is the monthly cost. CRM generally shows cost savings of between 25% - 50% when compared to the cost of storing records in expensive office space or self storage units.

3. CAN I TRACK THE LOCATION OF MY DOCUMENTS AT ANY GIVEN TIME?
You may track your digital documents through our secure portal, Image On Demand (IOD), from anywhere, at any time. You can also track the physical documents using CRM's Total Recall application as well as the last date/time it was retrieved.

4. WHAT IF I NEED TO ACCESS MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS?
After each document has been digitized, CRM will physically store them at the conversion site for a period of 60 to 90 days at no charge. Thereafter, we can store them in our Record Center or securely destroy them upon request. To order an original document, CRM customers can use our Web based Total Recall application to have the physical document delivered as quickly as possible.
