7. HOW DO I REQUEST TAPES?
From time to time you will need to have tapes retrieved outside their usual Rotation Schedules and the easiest way to do so is to simply log your Retrieval
Request through your web interface with CRM. Alternatively, tape retrievals can be arranged via fax or phone – (security measures apply).
8. HOW DO I ARRANGE EMERGENCY RETRIEVALS?
Your tapes are available 24/7 and when an emergency need arises it is a simple process to initiate an Emergency Retrieval by contacting CRM via phone
(security measures apply). Your contact arrangements will be confirmed as part of your customer induction process.
